A few years ago, Isaiah Henry Roberston was a regular guy, fixing up old houses and selling them for a profit. Then, Isaiah says, God called him to be a prophet. The second prophet Isaiah, to be precise. He transformed his Niagara Falls home at 1308 Ontario Avenue into a candy-colored kaleidoscope of a sanctuary, attracting visitors from far and wide to hear the good word. Brightly colored paint in rainbow hues covers nearly every surface of the home and yard, and symbols from various religions dot the property’s landscape. Religious visitors may glean a powerful message from Isaiah’s home and his teachings, while the secular crowd will simply enjoy the architectural eye candy.
