These chemicals combat harmful ones like cortisone, which has a negative effect on your immune system and promotes an unhealthy heart. Dog owners are especially subject to the physical benefits of being a pet owner. Dogs require daily walks and exercise, so if you’re taking care of your pet properly, this means you’re also getting your daily dose of fitness.
